Coil Holder


Coil Holder designed to hold a plastic pipe coil 100M in length. The plastic pipe diameter is 32mm. The coil holder was designed in 3 sections, base, external frame and internal frame. The internal frame is removable to allow coil to be loaded. The coil holder rotates around the centre bearing allowing the coil to be pulled into the Auto Bending Machine.

Auto Bending Machine


Automatic Pipe Bending Machine – designed to bend a 32mm diameter plastic water pipe through 90 degrees without any deformation of the side walls. Rollers pull the pipe into the machine, the pipe is cut to the correct length, pipe is preheated, internal former is inserted, pipe is bent, further heating and cooling is applied before the finished pipe is ejected. PLC controlled with touch screen
